Learn to Meditate

About this Course

This class offers a broad range of simple and effective exercises to calm the mind and get in touch with your inner self. This class includes breathing and concentration exercises, creative visualization and the use of music and mantras. This class will also provide an opportunity to develop one’s own personal program of meditation. This will be held in a classroom setting. If you wish to sit on the floor, please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.
