Immunization Records*: Provide proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella if born after 12/31/56 and Varicella (chicken pox) if born after 1/1/1980. More details.
Proof of High School Completion*: Provide official high school transcripts or diploma, or GED with date of graduation
College Transcripts: If you have attended another college/university and are seeking transfer credits, submit official transcripts in a sealed envelope. An unofficial copy is needed in order to meet with an advisor for class selection and to be waived from the placement test.
SAT/ACT Scores: (if applicable) Submit SAT/ACT scores in order to be waived from the placement test. Please visit Placement Testing for exemptions.

- Transferring Credits Into NCC
Students transferring credits into the college may complete registration with copies of their unofficial transcripts prior to officially transferring in credits.
In order to officially transfer in credits an official copy of the transcripts must be sent to the Admissions office, and a Transcript Evaluation Request must be completed.

Please apply online as a transfer student. Please choose NON-DEGREE/NON-MATRICULATED for your academic program.

- Contact the Department Chair
Guest Students, before being able to register online (requires NetID) your unofficial transcripts must first be reviewed, and your eligibility for the course(s) verified by the appropriate Department Chair listed below.
Please email the appropriate Department Chair listed below a copy of your unofficial transcript(s). In your email to the Department Chair also include your student ID number, the CRN number and title for the course(s) you are seeking and the semester in which you would like to register.
If you qualify for the course(s), the Department Chair will enter a registration waiver onto your account and you will then be able to register and pay for the course(s) online.
