This studio course is designed to introduce students to the methods and skills necessary to understand and perform Yoga. Relaxation techniques and flexibility are stressed.

Strength and Tone is a challenging course designed to build muscular strength and endurance using light-weights, medicine balls, and resistance bands. This total body class will help sculpt and tone your muscles, help you build lean muscle and boost your metabolism, all while you have a fun time doing it.

Pilates will challenge deep abdominal muscles to support the core, create a stronger, more flexible spine as well as promote recovery from strain or injury. Pilates conditions the entire body with a non-impact approach suitable for all ages and abilities.

Abs and Lower Body will target your core using both cardiovascular and muscle building exercises. This class will incorporate the use of a variety of equipment including steps, bands, and BOSUs (Balance Trainers).
