We offer flexible course options to meet your needs
A great number of our courses are being converted to a virtual format. We are offering fully online, LRON, and hybrid courses. A handful of courses will remain on ground. Those courses have an Instructional Method of TRAD. The breakdown of course types are shown below.
TRAD: Traditional Courses
Description
These traditional courses will be delivered on campus at a specific time, place, and location.
Technology
Depends on the instructor assignments and instruction. Blackboard use is strongly encouraged.
Spring 2022
Due to social distancing requirements delivery of this instructional method may be limited. Class size will also be limited based on social distancing requirements. May have to be moved online or LRON should another quarantine be required.
HYBR: Hybrid Scheduling
Description
This type of course delivery includes onsite and online instruction with a focus on scheduling limited number of class sessions on campus.
Technology
Students need a reliable computer with internet connection.
Spring 2022
This course method would occur for courses that have required hands-on components that cannot be accomplished online (i.e., manufacturing and health career programs, and workforce non-credit training where possible). Students will be required to attend scheduled class periods on campus.
OLCR: Online with Classroom Component
Description
Course instruction via Blackboard. May require an on-ground orientation and/or proctored assessments.
Technology
Students need a reliable computer with internet connection.
Spring 2022
Due to social distancing, this type of delivery may be preferred.
LRON: Live/Remote Online Course
Description
Live classes are held at specified times using Teams or WebEx.
Technology

Spring 2022
Due to social distancing, this type of delivery may be preferred. Students will be required to attend virtually from an internet-enabled device. Live instruction may be facilitated through Blackboard, WebEx, and/or Microsoft Teams. This method of instruction will not require nor allow for on-campus attendance. Will meet virtually at the time specified on your course schedule.
ONLN: Online Only

Course instruction is fully online via Blackboard and/or designated website(s).
Technology
Students need a reliable computer with internet connection.
Spring 2022
