About this Course
In this course, we will be building our mental and physical health and wellness toolbox by finding better ways to deal with all the emotions that life can throw our way. We will work together on becoming more mindful and resilient each day. We will do this by actively participating in the practices of meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, guided imagery, circle discussions and more. When this course ends you will have a stress reduction plan in place and a plethora of wellness strategies.
