Wellness courses are offered as general studies electives for many academic programs and are also offered through extended studies. Wellness offerings are designed as self-help courses that provide insight to behavior modification and methods to better understand health-fitness, personal wellness and nutrition. All students who enroll in these courses will be able to apply the knowledge they learn to their daily routines. All wellness courses are taught by faculty from the Exercise Science Program and are supported by the Pitney Bowes Foundation Wellness Center.
How to Sign Up
All Wellness Courses are 3 credits each and are full semester courses. Most of the courses are transferable as physical education credits to select four year institutions. Registration for these courses is no different than for any other academic course taken here at the college.
