JoseCarlos Palomino is a CT State Norwalk student majoring in graphic design. He is an artist who likes to create ink and digital drawings. He is a recipient of the NCC Foundation scholarship and is in the Path2Success Coaching Program. After graduating, he plans on transferring to a 4-year university to earn his bachelor’s degree.

CT State Norwalk’s Common Read Program’s mission is to provide first-year students with a shared, enjoyable, academic experience that introduces them to an educational community where intellectual discourse is fostered and valued.
