Discrimination Prevention, Training + Response
NCC is committed to promoting an equitable educational and professional experience for all NCC students and employees. In addition to filing an annual Affirmative Action Plan, NCC has in place a comprehensive Anti-discrimination program to prevent discrimination based on protected classes (including, but not limited to, religion, gender, race, ethnicity). NCC’s anti-discrimination program also includes:
- Demonstrated commitment from Agency Leadership
- Integration of Diversity & Equity into NCC’s strategic mission
- Prevention strategies-such as Cultural Competency Training, Preventing Employment Discrimination training.
- Discrimination response strategies
