Real Estate Continuing Education Seminars

The Norwalk Community College Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development is offering a wide variety of Real Estate continuing education seminars in October and November for real estate professionals.

These three-hour seminars are for sales people and brokers who must complete 12 hours of continuing education to meet licensing renewal requirements set by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission.

The seminars meet from 9 a.m. to noon or from 6 to 9 p.m. The pre-registration fee is $35; $40 for walk-ins. Students must have their real estate license with them in class.

The state’s renewal deadline for brokers is March 31, 2020; the renewal deadline for sales people is May 31, 2020.
