NCC to Offer Non-Credit Courses in Stamford

NCC’s Continuing Education and Workforce Development Division is  collaborating with Stamford Adult & Continuing Education to offer five popular non-credit courses and certificates at The Old Town Hall building in the heart of downtown Stamford.

“We are excited to be working with the Stamford Adult Education program to provide NCC continuing education opportunities in Stamford,” said Kristina Testa-Buzzee, Ed.D., NCC Associate Dean of Continuing Education and Workforce Development. “While we are starting small, we hope to explore further collaborations to meet the community and business workforce needs.”

Having a Stamford presence will make it easier for the many students who live or work in the Stamford region to further their education and enhance their marketable skills, said NCC President David L. Levinson, Ph.D.

The majority of NCC students come from Stamford (32.8%); followed by Norwalk (28.9%). The Old Town Hall is conveniently located near the Stamford train station and bus depot.
