For the fifth consecutive year, NCC was named a Healthy Workplace by the Business Council of Fairfield County’s (BCFC) Healthy Workplace Employer Recognition Program.
NCC received a Platinum award, the highest category of distinction.
The recognition program honors employers who have implemented a wide range of initiatives to promote a healthy work environment and improve the health and well-being of their employees.
Throughout the year, NCC’s Wellness Committee engages the campus community in good-for-you events including Wellness Walks, health fairs, exercise boot camps, lectures and programs on nutrition and stress reduction.
