Art Space Fridays: Creativity for Mind, Body and Soul
Art Space is a place to de-stress and have fun! During this drop-in workshop, you will have 45m inutes of dedicated hands-on creativity and art expression. According to the American Art Therapy Association, art expression positively impacts mental health and creates a healing process which provides a space to nonverbally communicate thoughts and feelings.
