Sexual Assault Awareness Sessions

April 16 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In recognition of April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, NCC will be holding two sessions for students next month, titled, “Know Before You Go: Understanding Sexual Violence and Ways to Intervene.”

The sessions provide an in-depth look at the issue of college sexual assault. Analyzing “campus culture,” students will learn to identify attitudes, behaviors and customs which lay the groundwork for sexual violence to flourish.

Attendees will gain tools that will allow them to intervene in safe, non-violent ways to help end sexual violence on and off campus. The sessions are presented by The Rowan Center-A Sexual Assault Resource Agency.
