Academic Festival 2017 Keynote Events

The Academic Festival 2017, “Identity, Intersectionality and Justice,” will run from Tuesday, April 4 through Thursday, April 6.

Faculty are especially encouraged to bring their classes to these “keynote” events:

Tuesday, April 4, 10 to 11:20 a.m. “Critical Immigration Issues in a Trumpian Era”  (PepsiCo Theater)

Tuesday, April 4, 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. “Latina/o Issues of Identity” featuring Raquel Cepeda (PepsiCo Theater)

April 4, 2:30 to 3:50 p.m. “Race Theory/Racism in France” featuring Crystal Fleming (PepsiCo Theater)

April 6, 1 to 2:20 p.m. “Intersectional Identities of Community College Students featuring Sara Goldrick-Rab (East Campus Forum)
