A course covering all aspects of the purchase and management of 2nd homes/vacation properties as well as a comprehensive analysis regarding the benefits and downfalls between long and short term rentals.

This course if for Real Estate professionals and meets the requirements for 3 hours of continuing education as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission for license renewal.

Salespeople and Brokers must complete 12 hours of continuing education to meet licensing renewal requirements.
