The Art of Drawing and Seeing Values
About this Course
The course offers beginner and Intermediate students the chance to develop their drawing skills with pencils. Fundamentals of drawing a stilllife and composition will be explained. Techniques will be demonstrated in light and shade, for the drawing to becomes three dimensionally. Also, students will learn how to see and draw values in a landscape. Drawing media will be in graphite or charcoal pencils.
Supplies Required: Strathmore Drawing Pad – Size: 14 x 17; Kneaded Eraser; Genuine Chamois; Pencils(Optional- pick only one group)Rexel Cumberland 2B,, Eagle Turquoise 2B,,Schwan Stabilo 2B,(Optional- pick only one group)Charcoal Pencils Eagle or Generals 2B, Wolff’s Carbon 2B
