About this Course

This class will cover modern songwriting techniques and tools that can be used to accelerate the student’s songwriting skills.  Lessons to be taught will be helpful across multiple styles and genres of music.  Classes will be held both on campus at Norwalk Community College and at Factory Underground recording studio (www.factoryundergroundstudio.com) in Norwalk, where students will have time to exercise their new skills in a professional recording studio.  This class will be great for beginner songwriters, as well as intermediate level students.

*Class will be held Monday and Tuesday on campus at Norwalk Community College from 9:00am-12:00pm.  Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Factory Underground Studio in Norwalk from 9:00am-12:00pm. Students are responsible for their own transportation. Parents will be provided with more information at time of registration.
