Medical Coding II & Healthcare Reimbursement Systems 

About this Course

This course continues from Intro to Coding (Coding 1) into more advanced and complicated coding utilizing simulated comprehensive medical reports.  This course also explores and explains the complex billing and reimbursement systems in hospitals and healthcare systems that utilize coded data as a basis for reimbursement. With further practice and preparation, students can be prepared to sit for the CPC and/or CCS exams.

This course is required for the Medical Coding Certification Program

(Tuition includes UPass transportation fee)
