Long-Term Care and Incapacity Planning
About this Course
Learn about planning for long-term care services and incapacity, with a special emphasis on home care and community-based services. This session will give an overview of long-term care programs, including Medicare, Medicaid and long-term care insurance, and will review the rules and programs available for receiving care at home, as well as skilled nursing facility care. The session also includes discussion of planning for incapacity, including living wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney.
