Jewelry Making Grades 6-8

About this Course

In this fun, creative class, students will learn different techniques of making jewelry by using beads of various colors and shapes, cords, metal blanks, metal stamps and basic jewelry making tools. We will make 3-4 projects to take home, including bracelets with stretch cord and beads, metal stamped aluminum cuffs and pendants/key chains, necklaces with beads/charms and chains. Through this art, students will expand their knowledge of creating patterns, mixing different colors and materials, learning basic techniques of making jewelry.  All supplies provided.
