About this Course

This course provides information on the types of disputes that can arise with real estate transactions and the available methods of dispute resolution, including negotiation, arbitration or court. The course is to help licensees obtain effective skills in dispute management and conflict avoidance.

This course is for Real Estate professionals, and meets the requirements for 3 hours of continuing education as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission for license renewal.

Salespeople and Brokers must complete 12 hours of continuing education to meet licensing renewal requirements.
