Clinical Veterinary Assisting
About this Course
Students will spend a total of 30 daytime hours (5–6-hour days) in an animal hospital or clinic and train to become veterinary assistants. Students will be supervised by technicians in the workplace. Their progress will be monitored by the program coordinator.
Scrubs required.
Prerequisite: A high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of Veterinary Assistant I, II, III, IV.
