Grades 6-8 Baking 101: Breads, Quick Breads and Pie Dough

About this Course

A hands-on exploration of baked items where we learn to understand “making it rise” and “flakey” and other methods to achieve the proper ultimate texture.  We will make dinner breads, flat breads, baking powder leavened pastry and fresh pie. You never knew you would feel so comfortable making dough.
