Submit Supporting Documents

Immunization Records*: Provide proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella if born after 12/31/56 and Varicella (chicken pox) if born after 1/1/1980. More details.
Proof of High School Completion*: Provide official high school transcripts or diploma, or GED with date of graduation
College Transcripts: If you have attended another college/university and are seeking transfer credits, submit official transcripts in a sealed envelope. An unofficial copy is needed in order to meet with an advisor for class selection and to be waived from the placement test.
SAT/ACT Scores: (if applicable) Submit SAT/ACT scores in order to be waived from the placement test. Please visit Placement Testing for exemptions.

Schedule a Placement Test

Required for all students: Schedule a placement test Test may be waived with a college degree, previous college English & Math credit, or SAT/ACT Scores. Check the Placement Test page for exemption criteria.

When steps 1-4 are complete you are ready to meet with an advisor to select, register, and pay for classes

An advisor will help you organize you class schedule

New Students Only: All new first time college students are required to attend a Panther Advising Workshop (PAW)
Transfer and Re-admit Students: Contact the Counseling Center (203.857.7033) or attend a walk-in registration and advising session.

Register for Classes

New Students: Schedule a Panther Advising Workshop (PAW)
Transfer and Re-admit Students: Register online or bring your signed registration Form to the Records Office (E102)

Pay your Tuition Bill

Online or in-person at the Business Office, E103. A form of payment is required at time of registration.

Purchase your Books

Bring a copy of your schedule to the NCC Bookstore, or visit the bookstore online.
