About the Social and Behavioral Sciences

The full-time faculty members of the department, one of the largest at CT State Norwalk, represent the breadth of the Social and Behavioral Sciences, including anthropology, economics, education, history, human services, psychology, and sociology. Each semester, our full time and adjunct faculty members bring a wide range of expertise and real-world and practical experience to the courses they teach.

In addition to the academic and credentialing programs, the Department sponsors several programs, activities, and clubs to enhance students academic, social, and career development, including the:
